My name is Caitlyn Bradham and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the NCCPT and I am passionate about helping individuals reach their fitness goals whatever they may be.
I have been athletic all my life having played soccer club and college level. I played four years of Division I soccer at Western Carolina University and captained the team my senior year.
That being said, I have a particular passion for athletes reaching their top potential. I specialize in soccer specific and other sport specific fitness training. I incorporate strength, endurance, speed and injury prevention training into my training sessions. I work one-on-one or with small groups to ensure the individual gets the attention they need to reach maximum potential!
