Neighborhood Barre offers clients a results-addicting workout where clients achieve lean muscle tone, greater flexibility, lost inches and gained energy.
Our classes are low-impact and easy on the joints, and our workouts are extremely dynamic and deliver an added cardio effect that is hard to find in most barre-based workouts. We encourage each client to work at his or her own level, with the goal of working your muscles to fatigue in each class. Our instructors are hands-on to ensure you get the most out of your 55 minutes in the studio, as well as provide modifications to take the intensity both up or down during every class. Therefore our workout is ideal for any fitness level or age and can safely accommodate pregnancies, injuries and more!
